Return/Exchange and Refund Policy

At Beltmenusa, returns are easy! We strive to offer the best shopping experience, including fast and hassle-free returns. Please contact Customer Service to process your return.

When you received a defective or incorrect item and are requesting either a refund or replacement you must contact us by email: allbizpoint@gmail.com

We will enter the information into your order so that your return will be handled smoothly.

Products with quality problems

We guarantee all of our products against material and workmanship defects within the warranty period specified in the product’s description. If this information about product is not specified, the warranty period is 30 days. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by Customer Service within the warranty period, we can offer you an exchange, repair service, or new components for replacement. We will be responsible for all shipping fees.

Please note: we have several restrictions:

Before placing your order, please make sure the product you are ordering meets all of your requirements including size. When you receive your package, you should promptly check the items to make sure the items are suitable. We will credit or exchange for defective items only.

Please contact us at allbizpoint@gmail.com to state a claim, within 30 days from the date you submitted your order. Please return the items in their original packaging within 15 days after the shipment has been delivered, to the address we will provide you. Items returned without original packaging will not be refunded so please keep all packaging for the 15 day return period. If you have further questions or problems, please contact us.

In your return package please include:

- The packing slip.

- A note telling us what the problem was.

- A note stating whether you would like a refund or an exchange for another item.

If you do not include a note, you may not be refunded!

Please note: As part of the return process, upon receipt of an authorized return, if the returned item is found to be in perfect working condition, a 15% restocking fee will be applied.

Any product that has been used does not qualify for a return. Returned items must be unused, with original tags and packaging.

Please allow up to 3 weeks to receive your replacement or refund.
